As a Group, we employ a team of 30 across our four locations. We value our highly dedicated and long standing staff.
We see it as essential to provide a happy, enjoyable and productive workplace that encourages creativity, openness, and continual improvement. We recognise that we need to look after our employees in order to operate efficiently and provide the best service to our clients.
Team Challenges
As a team, we like to set ourselves regular challenges, including charity events. For example, we take part each year in the London to Cambridge bike ride in aid of Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
In 2017, our directors took part in a Summer of Challenges to raise money for the Fire Fighters Charity in response to a devastating fire at our waste electrical and electronic equipment facility in 2016. Participating in a series of gruelling running and cycling races and trials, the directors raised over £2,500 for this worthy cause.
Support For the Raptor Foundation
We sponsor the Raptor Foundation in Woodhurst, Cambridgeshire and our Managing Director, Russell Hirst, is a Trustee. The Foundation provides rescue, care and rehabilitation services for birds of prey as well as carrying out research and educating the public in order to protect and increase the raptor population in the UK.
