Wiser Recycling works with Parish Councils in the vicinity of our facilities to offer local residents free door-to-door WEEE collections. This community based approach makes it easier for local residents to recycle their unwanted items.
Collecting directly from residents also helps us ensure we can reuse as many items as possible as they are less likely to be damaged. We are then able to provide local parishes with a rebate as the items are more valuable, that’s money that gets reinvested back into the parish.
